Tell me about Array Digital and what kind of services you all provide.
We are a digital marketing agency. We provide every digital marketing agency is a little bit different so we provide the following services: Web site design and support, Unlimited support for our clients., Search Engine Optimization, social media management, and of course online advertising in particular a lot of good on a lot of Facebook.
What is your role specifically at Array Digital.
I’m one of the co-founders and I’m also the CEO. So we’ve got eleven people here. Which means we have an operations team with the sales team. And then I try to glue everything together, picking up the pieces wherever there’s a crack in the system.
You’ve seen, obviously, a lot of growth. Do you see this growth continuing and how much of an impact will you think you will have on the digital marketing realm.
We definitely have seen a lot of growth in particular with our monthly recurring revenue. And that’s been the big focus for the last couple of years. We’ve completely swapped out our project based revenue with monthly recurring revenue and it shifts it’s resulted in tremendous changes throughout the whole company for every single person on the staff.
As an example, there’s no longer any need to track time. It really doesn’t matter because we don’t build by the hour. And for a while even though we were billing monthly and not doing by the hour we’re subtracting time. Well we realize that even though we had a lot of low level granular data it just didn’t matter. At the end of the day either we were doing a good job or we weren’t. So we were a little bit higher level with the expectations that we have of our folks.
