What is Return Solutions Inc.?

Before I started this company I worked in a big agency, very white glove in how things were handled. In that experience the question inevitably comes up is how do we collaborate and share information across the 400 sales teams in our company? How do we start to attach more of a value to the content that we’ve created in terms of something that sales will understand? We try to do all those things as well as help people find content very quickly. We use technology to find surface content that is typically a one and done commodity. people are using content in a disposable kind of way these days because they’re producing so much of it, but there’s a lot of it that can be repurposed.

How has cord-cutting affected your business?

We’re faced with more content than ever. Gone are the days of watching television. What is important in the midst of this is having an interface where you can find what it is that you want and when you want it. I think it is what it is that that drives opportunity, whether it’s in a cord-cutting or content consumption case, and I think that translates very interestingly over into the enterprise now. Enterprise and enterprise software has to be very robust and in some cases, highly regulated to make sure that you are playing by all the rules. It still needs to operate in a way that’s very easy to use. I think the personalization helps with the stickiness of that situation and improves the user experience. That’s not going to take a lot of your time and energy to get into because we know attention spans are very limited these days.
