What is Method+ Mode?
We are a custom boutique research and strategy firm. What I specialize in doing is working with executives and entrepreneurs alike to connect the dots between their business goals and what consumers need. I do this through custom primary research, desk research and through looking at existing analytics or any first party behavioral data that a client has. I triangulate those all together to figure out what the best story is and how that works for the business objectives.
What is the biggest change that you see coming up in media and marketing trends over the next 12 months?
We’ve already seen that consumers are in the driver’s seat. What I like to focus on is making sure that the study approaches are germane to the behavior of the audience that we’re we’re looking for. If we’re talking to Gen Z, we might do more of a video chat methodology. If we’re talking to boomers, we’re probably going to be OK with a regular online recruiting experience. If we’re talking to a super niche segment like first time moms, doing something in-person that fits into their schedule makes more sense for them. I’m just continuing to see the trend of consumers in the driver’s seat rising.
