He has also served as president of the University of North Florida, interim chancellor of the State University System of Florida, Jacksonville General Counsel, and the Chief Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s Fourth Circuit. Edward Tennant has been active in the Ambulatory Surgery Center industry since 1998 having served as a Surgery Center Administrator and Consultant. The responsibility for overseeing operations of multiple surgery centers has fostered in him the ability to alter faculty culture, improve efficiencies, and enhance relationships. His consulting experience has allowed him to realize best practices for business growth and success.
David owns Sillick Inc, a consulting practice specializing in Business Development and Community Relations on a selective, industry-exclusive basis. He offers guidance in strategic planning, business coaching, and sales and capital acquisition. David brings over 30 years experience and success in highly competitive markets and fluctuating industry landscapes.David spent 20 years as the Market President and Publisher for the Jacksonville Business Journal and acted as a trusted advisor to corporate leadership and to other market presidents. David led his team through the evolution of traditional print media into a digital first landscape, created new revenue streams including event and content programming and launched successful programs which were then implemented in other markets.
Wally Conway is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, retired Navy Pilot, Florida licensed contractor, and ASHI-certified home inspector who, as a media-active educator, has been a regularly featured expert on the HGTV hit series “House Detectives”, co-host of the television series “Finders-Fixers”, and is co-host of “The Home and Garden Show” radio show heard on WOKV every Saturday from 7:00-9:00AM in Jacksonville.
Austin Van Horn has been essential in solving long-standing and emerging health problems by introducing innovative products for infection control, skin health, environmental quality, agriculture, and first aid. He brings with him over 20 years of successful business development experience.

In her career, she has represented clients in over $1.5 billion of real estate acquisitions, including the representation of a Forbes 50 member and countless complex portfolios of commercial property.
