Evolving the agency from a work-by-pitch model to a product and business design long term approach.

What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your industry?

Never stop trying new things, not even on Sunday.


The biggest change in marketing that I see coming in the next 3 years is?

More focused digital experiences for audiences.


How did Oz Branding get started?

I actually grew up in the engineering and physics world. That’s my upbringing, my scholastic side. Then I just had a happenstance opportunity to start working in marketing and that was 18 years ago, and here we are.
