Changing and adapting to a relentlessly evolving IT landscape over the past 37 years.
What makes your company unique?
Most people in the IT service space follow what is called the Managed Service Provider (MSP) business model. Over the years we have developed a unique service delivery model that is founded in very simple business practices. Instead of focusing on how High Caliber can scale, we focus like a laser on solving our clients problems and help them scale.
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?
Think long term. Focus on serving your customers forever instead of looking for quick profits. We have customers that have been with us for over 30 years which is unheard of in our industry.

We do a lot of things everybody else does, but I think we do them differently. We don’t follow the normal, what’s called MSP model, we consider ourselves solution providers. We don’t just simply go in and fix your broken computer. We take each client separately, we learn their business and we solve their problems. Most of our clients have been with us since the late 80s early 90s, which we’re very proud of. Most of my employees have been with us for over 20 years so we have a good track record of serving our clients and understanding what they need.
