What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?
BE AUTHENTICALLY YOU. People don’t do business with businesses, they do business with people. There needs to be a level of humanity in every business

How did VCV get started?
The story and journey began when I graduated from the University of Miami in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in visual communications. I, like any graduate from college, was excited to get a position in a career doing what I just learned. I applied to a few local news stations and I got shut down. I always lost the position to a man. I felt discouraged in that sense but encouraged in the sense that I had so much knowledge and talent that I just took it upon myself to do something for myself. So I started helping businesses with their online presence with photography, videography and then social media was mingling in there. Now we are a larger company where we help businesses with their online presence through content marketing terrific.
What makes your company?
We take an approach where for every brand there’s more than the what, there’s the who. We like to take the approach of showing more of who’s behind the scenes of a company to really create that authentic connection between them and their client. I feel that in this industry people have the misconception that it’s a lot of selling on social media. I feel like it’s really more of building the connection and the relationship to provide the value of your service and position you as the industry expert.
