The wellness connection doesn’t focus solely on human health. It also focuses on the health of our planet—environmental health. You really can’t have one without the other.

My tag line, Mind+Body+Spirit+Planet, is a lifestyle choice. It’s not just some catchy slogan.

I’m passionate about health & wellness. Not just people…planet too!

I believe it takes healthy humans to ensure a healthy planet, but it also takes a healthy planet to ensure healthy humans.

Healthy People = Healthy Planet ~ Healthy Planet = Healthy People.

As a member of the environmentally-conscious health & fitness community, I’m always happy to meet people who are working to make the world a better place!

Unfortunately, this is a noisy, distracting world. And it’s only grown louder and more distracting. Worldwide pandemic, financial uncertainty, fear, and panic.
