Ideal candidate is engaging and professional with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Duties include:
– Responding to email support requests from software subscriber base.
– Performing one-on-one virtual software demonstrations, training sessions and support sessions via GoToMeeting.
– Responding to potential new client information requests via email or phone.
– Conducting informational webinar or video demonstrations.
– Attending weekly virtual development meetings to stay up to date with latest software updates.
– Communicating with internal team and following up with client when cases require escalation to the development team.
