BluHorn’s client database allows users to enter as much or as little information as they want. At BluHorn, we understand media buyers and planners are constantly running at 100 miles per hour. So, we’ve made entering a new client into the system as simple as typing in a client’s name and contact information. Further information can be added at any time.
Our robust individual client pages allow users to include and categorize information regarding their clients. BluHorn offers fields for full contact information, including but not limited to, phone number, email, physical address, and website. There are also fields for client notes and tagging. Users can assign a “parent” account to a given client, as well as assign a team within their BluHorn contacts for restricting access to certain users in your BluHorn account.
Our client pages provide a full list of all associated campaigns. These lists are searchable and clickable for quick access to that client’s campaign information.
Clients can also be color-coded, which allows BluHorn users to quickly refer to specific campaigns on the dashboard’s dynamic calendar. This allows users to visualize the campaigns for a specific client in a calendar layout of your choosing.
CRM contacts can also be added, as well as integration with pipelines and projects. We’ve streamlined access to client data and campaigns to save you precious time.
