BluHorn’s client database allows users to enter as much or as little information as they want. We understand buyers and planners are running at 100 miles an hour, so entering a client in your system is as simple as typing a client name and contact name. Further data can be added at any time.
Our robust individual client pages allow users to include and categorize information regarding their clients. We offer fields for full contact information, including phone, email, address, fax, and website. Fields are provided for client notes and tagging. Users can assign a “parent” account to a given client, as well as assign a team within their BluHorn contacts for restricting access to certain users in your BluHorn account. Clients also can be color-coded, which is used as a quick reference for campaigns on our dashboard’s dynamic calendar. CRM type contacts can be added as well as integration with pipelines and projects.
Our client pages also provide a full list of all associated campaigns. This list is searchable and clickable for quick access to that client’s campaign information. In addition, we offer a dynamic calendar that is client-specific. This allows users to visualize the campaigns specific to the given client in a calendar layout by month, day or week.
