Restrict users or user teams within your agency to specific clients
All agencies operate differently. Certain agencies have buyers assigned to specific accounts. Some agencies have the need to bring in outsourced freelance media buyers to help out in a pinch, and they want to restrict viewership from their other in-house accounts.
We wanted to make BluHorn operational in all work environments, hence the development of the Team Settings feature. Agency admins have the ability to set up teams inside their accounts. These teams can be made up of single users or combinations of users. Users can be made active or inactive at any time.
Creating a team is simple. With just a few clicks, you can give it a name, add users, and toggle to activate. Once created, admins can then go into specific client accounts and assign teams. Restricted access for specific users can be turned on in the admin settings as well.
