Send Traffic Instructions as a Separate Document Directly Through BluHorn
Organizing traffic for your business can be a job in and of itself. At BluHorn, we want to streamline your efforts. Our traffic portal allows our users to create and send traffic instructions with just a few clicks. From within the worksheet, clicking “Manage Traffic” will take users to a new traffic management window that makes sending creative and instructions a snap!
Once in the traffic portal, basic instructions can be entered for every station on the buy. Clicking on the newly created traffic links will take the user to a second screen, where creative “packages” can be attached. This can include actual creative files, or links to an external drive or source where your creative is stored. Adding ISCI codes or rotation percentages is the final step. Then with a click of your mouse, the traffic instructions are sent as an email with PDF attachment directly to your station representatives.
Traffic can be revised and resent at any time. And our easy link in the left hand menu allows users to keep track of all traffic orders within their system. This feature is available on all subscription levels and is just one of the many ways BluHorn works to make a media buyer’s job easier.
