What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
Myself. My pursuit of planning and preparation instead of action.
What do you help your customers with?
Every business is looking for a customer, and our goal is to turn eyeball’s attention into money for our clients, so as we say, clicks to customers.
What different softwares or tools do you utilize to help your customers grow?
I’m very much a hands on kind of person. If you look at it like a mechanic who has all these tools and he gets right on to an engine, I dig directly into the platforms that I work on. But I’m able to use Google’s platforms, things like Data Studio, to manage our 30,000 foot view of data as well as a service called Word Stream to aggregate all of my campaigns to one location.
How do you see digital media changing over the next 12 months based on what’s happened with COVID?
Ever increasing. It’s only going to get more competitive in my opinion. Companies are gonna start to realize that marketing is critical and absolutely necessary. And so the space will continue to grow, particularly with with the increasing use of companies like YouTube TV where people are ditching cable and then moving over to these digital platforms, these smart campaigns, the campaigns that allow you to run your company’s ads and track you directly to your television. You’re going to see some huge gains there and people leveraging that.
What are the benefits of a company doing pay per click marketing as well as social media marketing?
I think they go hand in hand. I think that social media marketing is a fantastic tool, it’s incredibly powerful. I think it’s very much at the top of the sales funnel. More social media marketing is really more targeted to people that have the potential of engaging with your business where in a pay per click, on a Google side of things, are further down the sales funnel and that’s more intent driven.
