What is Misfit Media?
Misfit Media is a direct response referent marketing agency based out of Culver City, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, and we service restaurants all across the US, Canada, and the UK. We help them with customer acquisition and retention mostly through chat-marketing, Facebook, Instagram, those kinds of services.
How would you define success?
I see success as very quantitative, especially in our business. Whether you have a positive ROI which would be a black and white label of success. When it comes to life, when it comes to a bump that you hit in the road at work or something like that, any time that you’re able to learn something new from an experience that you had and keep moving forward to me that can be seen as successful. I The big problem we face is stagnation. When you hit something and you no longer think you can move forward, stagnation is the failure in that situation. Continuing to learn and try new things is a is a good measure of success
