What do you think the biggest change to digital marketing is going to be in the next 12 to 24 months?
What the message is. I think you have a lot of brands in the tailspin given the current environment and trying to figure out how their brand fits into a pandemic situation. I think there are a lot of brands that do fit into this situation that have found themselves surprised that they do.
What advice would you give to the youth coming up if they want to get in your position?
I actually think that the more they’re involved in their community and the more they’re involved in what they’re interested in is what’s going to help them the most. Marketing is now about micro-targeting and I think that that has a lot to do with how media is placed and that is how you’re reaching the consumer that’s specifically interested in your brand or product.
