What are some important facts about KPI that you’ve helped measure over the years?
I really am a big proponent of brand strategy and marketing strategy, that what we focus on at Envision. We do, we carry it out in three phases; dream, purpose and action. From that second phase, purpose, we go into action which is where KPI comes in. For KPI, it all comes down to who you are and what is your mission? How do you want to impact your consumer? What is the value proposition that is going to engage and attract back?
What kind of advice would you give somebody starting out in marketing?
Pay attention to the consumer and trends that are happening in our society. We’ve changed drastically over the decades in terms of the digital space and it’s really transformed the way we do business and the way we communicate.
