We are a startup that was founded by a family office with a rich history in media, as founding minds behind Cablevision and Fox Sportstime, Ohio. We offer a broad array of content creation, strategy, distribution, sales, and marketing services across our catalog of original, branded, and partner podcasts, with over 1m downloads in our first year as a channel, on path for 6 million downloads in 2020.
Who in the industry inspires you and why?
Inspired by Gimlet, Wondery, and NPR. Also, inspired by the hundreds of thousands of independent creators making amazing audio, video, and original content.
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?
Don’t forget how important it is to look for underserved categories, also, to reach out to other creators, networks, and hosts to cross-promote, guest host, and have an open mind and heart about growing together in and industry that’s still maturing. This is no place for agency-like misplaced competitiveness. Error on the side of uber-collaborative.
