About KISS T Creative Suite:
KISS T Creative Suite specializes in project management and creative services to help our clients successfully take their projects from idea to launch.
How do you define success?
I do not define success by the size of the accomplishment, but by the journey you went through to achieve the goal.
What percent of your advertising service offerings does media buying make up?
What makes your company unique?
With over sixteen years of experience in advertising and marketing, I am able to bring a wealth of knowledge to any business challenge. Couple that with the fact that I’ve launched my own product brand, I am uniquely positioned to help entrepreneurs bring their vision to life by merging creative services and project management with business development.
Who in the industry inspires you and why?
When it comes to entrepreneurship, I am inspired by so many female bosses from Sara Blakely of Spanx to Lisa Price of Carol’s Daughter.
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?
The road ahead may get rough, but keep the destination in sight and know that you can always take an alternate route.
How has COVID-19 affected your company?
Everyone is adapting to work remotely. This has been a part of my life for a very long time now because I have over 16 years of experience in advertising and in 2013 I decided to step out on my own and do freelance, consulting, project management, production for different ad agencies, as well as working with other small businesses to help them achieve their goals and really help them with developing processes and getting into that space of creative exploration. For me not a lot has not changed because I’ve been working remote working from home going to different co-working spaces for some years now.
What is the core service that your company offers?
Working with different ad agencies and different companies to work with them in terms of their process. If you have a project and you’re looking for a freelance project manager I can come in and do that. If you’re looking to develop your processes, let’s say you are a newly launched copywriter and you’re stepping out on your own and you don’t have the experience of the accounting side of the business I could come in to consult with you on that and make sure that you have those processes in place because that’s very important.
What do you think is going to be the biggest challenges that small to midsize agencies are going to have post-COVID?
It is a different world; we’re not quite sure what post-COVID is even going to look like. I do think it’s going to be a bit of a hybrid between what we’re seeing now and what used to be. We know that a lot of people still work remote. You’re going to see a lot more companies that may have had office space offer more of a co-working model, where they have a desk and access to a conference room. The concept of how do you plan and how do you create remotely as a team is going to be extremely important. For me that’s the exciting part right because that’s where process, project management, team development, resource management comes into play and there’s a lot of innovation that can happen there.
