What is C2 Creative?
We are a brand consultancy and we specialize in creative strategy, brand design, and campaign development.
What separates you guys from the competition?
Our team is made up of agency veterans. We’ve been working together as a group in one form or another over the last 15 or 20 years at different agencies prior to C2. When we come together and work on a project, we have a really good shorthand. We have a lot of processes and procedures that we know like the back of our hands.
What are some of the biggest changes you guys have personally seen in advertising and marketing?
Stereotypes are starting to break down a little bit. 15 or 20 years ago you would see a lot of traditional archetypes if you will in beer commercials and car commercials. Now you see a lot of products typically advertised towards women like soaps and shampoos creeping into men’s care.
What advice would you give someone wanting to go into marketing?
I would say you get a great product manager. I think a great product manager is worth their weight in gold. The more you can become freed up to do what you do best and are able to have somebody kind of run interference and air traffic control will give you a lot of time and pay itself back over time.
