Connection is the leading marketplace for brands to explore marketing and sampling opportunities, acquire new customers, and generate revenue from their customer touch assets.
How do you define success?
Success is really easy to define for us – if both brands in a partnership are happy and are achieving their KPIs – we have done our job successfully!
What makes your company unique?
We focus on supporting brands to create mutually beneficial relationships and opportunities. The way this works is one brand is generating revenue, while the other brand is acquiring customers. We love what we do because if we get the right partnerships everybody in the relationship wins, and that’s our main goal!
Who in the industry inspires you and why?
There is a lot of people who inspire me from this industry, individuals such as Daniel Rodic who set up Exact Media, Dovas Zakas from Hello Fresh & Parry Jones our very own Deputy CEO, but ultimately I personally have a vision that is shared by the whole team here at Connections. We want to build the largest community of high growth brands who will support one another in their growth through 3rd party advertising and marketing opportunities! Now that gets me out of bed every day!
What is a tip for success that you would provide someone in your same industry?
Our industry is niche so most people will know each other, one thing I think that is really important is that whether you are a brand or an agency, working in this industry – partnerships will only work if all parties succeed. The focus for any brand partnership should be that all parties will benefit from the collaboration.
